I primarily represent employers, particularly in the hospitality industry and construction domains. Most of my clients are restaurants, hotels, or construction employers. I work on their side, ensuring they navigate the complicated terrains of employment laws and managerial issues.

Who I Am
Having practiced since the late seventies, I’ve witnessed and actively participated in the evolution of employment and labor relations. This rich history gives me a perspective many might not have. I initially dealt with union organizing efforts, union contract negotiations, and a few discrimination cases, but I’ve seen the landscape change to focus more on wage underpayment cases.
This journey has made me appreciate the nuances of employment law deeply.
